Source Verification Standards

Our AI system is trained to source content from credible news organizations. We prioritize the following types of sources:

• Established Sri Lankan media: Sirasa News, Derana News, Hiru News, Newsfirst, Ada Derana, and other licensed broadcasters
• International wire services: Reuters, AFP, AP News, BBC, and Al Jazeera
• Government sources: Official government portals, press releases from ministries, and statements from verified officials
• Academic and research institutions: Peer-reviewed publications and recognized research organizations

We do not intentionally republish content from known misinformation websites, unreliable blogs, or unverified social media posts as factual news.

What We Check

Corrections & Updates

When errors are identified in our published content, we are committed to correcting them promptly and transparently. Our corrections process includes:
